    • Prizes must be claimed within 5 days of notification. If not claimed, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  2. Prize Details:
    • Shoe style and size is subject to availability.
    • Vouchers are redeemable online for full priced items only, excluding gift card purchases.
    • Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and can be redeemed at jellycubes.uk.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. Prize Delivery:
    • Free delivery is only available to First Prize winners to a United Kingdom address.
    • Winners must provide accurate delivery details. The Organiser is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  4. Publicity:
    • By accepting the prize, winners agree to have their name and/or social media handle published on the Organiser’s website and social media channels for promotional purposes.
    • Winners may also be asked to share a photo or testimonial about their experience.
  5. Disqualification:
    • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any winner who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or provides false/inaccurate information.

Returns & Refunds Policy for Winners:

  • First Prize Winners: Exchanges or returns are not available for your prize.
  • Second & Third Prize Winners: You may submit a returns form on your order page. Vouchers, once redeemed, cannot be refunded or reissued.
