RETURNS AND REFUND
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received them. They must be unworn, unused and without damage. They must be returned with original tags and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please try the shoes on a clean, carpeted surface to maintain their original condition. Keep the outsole protective layer on unless you decide to keep the shoes. If the shoes are returned in any condition other than their original state, a refund cannot be issued.
UK Returns

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. Please note, this service is available for UK customers only.
If you choose to return your items using your own postal method, please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For your convenience, we recommend using our prepaid return label.
International Returns
As stated above,
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return costs for items shipped outside the UK. However, we can accept returns if the shoes are unworn and in resalable condition.Please ensure the package is marked as "RETURNED ORDER" for customs purposes, otherwise, any taxes or duty fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. Furthermore, Jelly Cubes cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels during transit. We strongly recommend that you insure your parcel for returns and keep a record of proof of postage.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of these shoes, you may notice slight variations in measurements. Each pair is unique and can have differences of up to 5mm. These small variations are a normal aspect of the process and do not affect the overall quality or fit.
Non-Returnable Items
Shoes that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered faulty, and cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.
We are unable to accept returns on final sale items.
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be used for purchases at our online store, subject to the available balance.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. If you wish to try a different size, we kindly request that you return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jellycubes.uk.
Furthermore, any duties and taxes incurred for international orders will not be refunded upon return.
